Bullhead City “Name a City Street Raffle”

The City of Bullhead City is holding a raffle for your chance to name a street! The proceeds from the raffle will benefit animals in need at Bullhead City Animal Care and Welfare and Saving Animals In Need Together (SAINT).

From August 6th – September 8th, you can buy a raffle ticket for your chance to be drawn to name the newly paved roadway, which connects the City Square Shopping Center (formerly K-mart Plaza) to the Riverview Mall. Shoppers can now travel between the two shopping centers to avoid the Highway traffic.

The event will kick off on Sunday, August 6th with the first tickets being sold during the SAINT “Bowling For Pets” fundraiser. Tickets will continue to be sold through Friday, September 8th at Animal Care and Welfare, 2270 Trane Road, Donn William’s Jewelers, 1788 Highway 95, and online at the SAINT website (www.BHCSaint.org). Raffle tickets are $5 each or 6 for $20.

The winning ticket will be drawn on Thursday, September 21st at 6:30 p.m. during SAINT’s “Yappy Hour” at Lisa’s Bistro, 1595 Mohave Drive in Bullhead City.

The winning name is subject to City street naming standards, as well as final approval by the Bullhead City Council. The submitter of the winning name will also be required to execute a written release before the winning name becomes final.
